During this years Milan Food Week we got to try some of Erich Knam's chocolate specialities.
The taste combinations are unique and sometimes hard to believe for example banana covered with salt or tramezzino with salmon, mango, rucola and of course..chocolate!! All unbelievably de - licious! Yum! ♥
